You are invited to an Exclusive Dom Pérignon experience at Wiltons Restaurant, in Jermyn Street, on Wednesday 26th March at 7:00pm, to celebrate the release of the new Dom Pérignon vintage 2015. 

Dom Pérignon is synonym of excellence. Named after Dom Pérignon, a Benedictine monk who was an important quality pioneer for Champagne wine, it sets the standards for complexity, luxury and expertise in the class of the finest Champagne. Dinner will be complemented with La Maison Hennessy, one-of-a-kind cognac houses committed to active sustainable procedures without affecting the highest standards of crafting.

The evening experience will commence with a selection of canapés and a welcome cocktail, followed by a unique 4-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Daniel Kent, each course paired with a glass of Dom Pérignon's different vintages including P2 2000 and Hennessy XO.

The evening will include an informative presentation about Dom Pérignon and Hennessy.
