One of the many luxuries of dining at Wiltons is having your main course served moments after it has been carved by the chef trancheur in front of you and your guests.
The carving trolley is available daily and can be reserved for The Jimmy Marks Private Dining Room.
Monday lunch: Roast leg of Romney Marsh lamb
Tuesday lunch: Rack of free range Blythburgh pork, crackling and apple sauce
Wednesday lunch: Sirloin of Rose County beef, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes
Thursday lunch: Apple and mustard glazed Cherry Tree Farm gammon
Friday lunch: Loch Duart salmon Coulibiac
Saturday dinner: Fillet of beef Wellington (from 7pm)
The carving trolley is also available most evenings from 7pm with a seasonal option.
